| All reservations can be made by phone, speaking with a live rental agent– and are guaranteed! Deposits are paid at time of reservation to hold vehicle. Deposits will be amount of estimated rental plus $50.00 refuel estimate. | |
| Payment | |

| A major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) is required for reservations, deposits and final payment. We DO NOT accept DEBIT CARDS or check cards. | |
| Rental Requirements | |

| All renters and drivers must be 21 years or older and must present valid driver’s license and credit card bearing same name. | |
| Insurance | |
|
|
| Renters may provide their own insurance, which must be verified by our agents, or may purchase our Supplemental Liability Coverage and/or Limited Physical Damage Waiver for additional cost. All drivers must have verifiable insurance or purchase our coverage. | |
| Pick Up • Delivery • Travel | |

| Mahan Rent•A•Car and Van will assist with pick up or delivery during our business hours with prior arrangement for a small fee. Our rental vehicles may travel out of state but must be returned to Mahan Rent•A•Car and Van in Tulsa. Please call for information on rentals for travel into Mexico. | |
